In the Big Up YuSelf movement I lead, self-love is not surface. It is psychospiritual resistance. It is how we reclaim what has been buried, silenced, and demonized - from our intuition to our ancestral practices. From our confidence to our sense of worth. There has been an ongoing, systemic undermining of our sovereignty and dignity. An intentional disconnection from the very power that makes us whole and fully human.

Through this work, I guide people back to their inner authority, their blood memory, and their sacred power. Because what was taken or suppressed was never truly lost.

So when I say “Big Up YuSelf,” I am speaking directly to the version of you that learned to dim its light, to play small, to second-guess its knowing. This is your call to rise out of that. To stand fully in who you are without apology. To remember that you are not an imposter. You are initiated. And the moment you begin to honor yourself at that level, you are no longer waiting to be seen…you become undeniable.

And here’s another truth I hold…big up yuself is reverent self love and self love is as close as you can ever get to God. ..

“Big Up YuSelf” is an expression that originated in Jamaica, meaning “celebrate yourself” or “I see you.” For me, though, it holds an even deeper spiritual directive. In my work, it goes far beyond celebration. It is about reclamation.
