The Original You Identity Remembrance Ceremony One-on-One is a private sacred space for the Black woman ready to return to her SELF beneath hustle, cover up, and emotional exhaustion.

In this intimate experience, you are deeply witnessed, gently guided, and emotionally held as we explore the parts of you that became hidden beneath responsibility, trauma, people-pleasing, and hypervigilance. Through visualization, reflective movement, grounding practices, and psychospiritual guidance including ancestral healing methodologies, you are supported in reconnecting with the original self that still exists beneath the conditioning.

For women like you prefer not to heal publicly. You require one to one presence, safety, and someone who can see you clearly while you remember yourself.
